Oral administration, the recommended dose is 4mg, once a day. For patients over 75 years old with a history of chronic recurrent infection, the recommended daily dose of baricitinib is 2mg, once a day. For patients treated with a daily dose of 4mg, if the condition has been continuously controlled, the daily dose can be changed to 2mg. It can be taken with or without food. The tablets cannot be crushed, split or chewed.
